What you will do

• Partner with the CIO on investment decisions, portfolio reviews, and strategic priorities across multiple asset classes and strategies.
• Aggregate and synthesize information from portfolio managers, research, risk, counterparties, and market sources into actionable insights.
• Evaluate portfolio positioning, capital allocation, thematic exposures, liquidity, and risk-adjusted opportunities.
• Research market developments, macroeconomic trends, industries, and investment opportunities relevant to the multi-strategy platform.
• Prepare analyses and decision-oriented materials for investment committees, portfolio reviews, and senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across investment, risk, analytics, operations, and executive leadership teams, including special projects and selected meetings as a CIO proxy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investment management, hedge funds, asset management, investment banking, or related financial markets roles.
• Strong understanding of multi-strategy investing, including equities, credit, macro, relative value, and/or quantitative strategies.
• Experience synthesizing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information into concise, actionable conclusions.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Sound judgment, discretion, attention to detail, commercial orientation, and the ability to operate in a high-performance environment.
