Location: New York Design Office, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work available on Fridays

Salary: $90,600–$153,100 per year

What you will do

• Create high-volume, high-quality original prints and graphics for multiple categories and brands.
• Merchandise color and print direction and present seasonal art direction to cross-functional partners.
• Generate concepts that expand current assortments and research artwork trends to guide creative direction.
• Analyze competitors and benchmarks to support brand positioning and design strategies.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities, print techniques, and fabric-base limitations.
• Produce post-production artwork and colorway revisions while influencing product direction and adoption.

Requirements

• College degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• CAD and/or textile experience.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to discern color, collaborate effectively, follow direction, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the New York Design Office Monday through Thursday.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in print design and graphic design, preferably in retail.
• Previous retail experience.
• Experience with Photoshop and NedGraphics.
