Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid, four days on site at the Downtown Toronto, Ontario office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in Canada.

Approximate compensation: CAD 69,369–80,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Prepare periodic research publications, market commentary, presentations, market reports, and white papers.
• Monitor industry statistics, market trends, and current events to produce research content and thought leadership.
• Summarize analytical findings, insights, and recommendations in executive-level documents, meetings, and presentations.
• Use database knowledge and data manipulation or query tools to manage existing research platforms.
• Support quality control standards, research activities, and data collection.
• Collaborate with research and sales teams while building relationships across the commercial real estate industry.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; real estate or business education is an asset.
• At least two years of experience in a research role; commercial real estate experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Current full-time work authorization in Canada required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence, data visualization, or GIS tools.
• Post-secondary education in real estate or business.
• Commercial real estate research experience.
