Workday Security Analyst

What you will do

• Manage and optimize Workday role-based, user-based, domain, and business process security groups.
• Lead security group audits and cleanups to remove configuration drift and enforce least-privilege access.
• Build and maintain rule-based, intersection, aggregation, and segment-based security groups.
• Maintain tenant-level security settings, including internal network IP restrictions and authentication rules.
• Govern security for report data, payroll and organizational reporting, document layouts, and Workday integrations.
• Configure and manage Integration System Users and Integration System Security Groups in partnership with the integration team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security configuration, user access reviews, and tenant maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Workday user, role, job, location, and segment-based security groups.
• Experience performing security cleanups and working with complex compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage data security in a fast-paced, integration-heavy enterprise environment.
