TL;DR
Senior Visual Product Designer (Figma/Web Design): Leading the visual redesign of a consumer-facing website, including homepage and product page experiences, with an accent on visual craft, typography, composition, responsive layouts, and production-ready design. Focus on translating feedback into polished digital experiences, iterating closely with the client team, and preparing detailed files and specifications for development handoff.
Location: Remote, based in LATAM; available to start ASAP and work through approximately mid-November.
Compensation: Competitive pay in USD.

What you will do
- Lead the visual design of a consumer-facing website redesign.
- Design and refine homepage and product page experiences.
- Create polished, responsive web experiences across screen sizes.
- Translate requirements and client feedback into thoughtful design iterations.
- Work in Figma to develop and refine design concepts.
- Prepare production-ready design files and specifications for development handoff.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in Product Design, Visual Product Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Strong visual design craft and a highly developed sense of aesthetics.
- Experience creating polished consumer-facing websites, homepages, product pages, or similar digital experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with responsive web design, production-ready files, and development handoff.
- Strong English communication skills and availability to work from LATAM.
Nice to have
- Experience in a digital, branding, creative, or design agency environment.
- Previous experience with consumer-facing website redesigns.
- Experience designing both marketing websites and digital products.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
