Product Designer

Location: Remote, open geography; time zone overlap with CET required

What you will do

• Join product discussions early and help define problems before screens are created.
• Take design tasks from open questions through production-ready experiences and launch.
• Design onboarding, profiles, discovery, paywalls, and communication flows between people and businesses.
• Cover key states, edge cases, handoff details, and implementation follow-up.
• Extend the existing UI kit and maintain consistent patterns across products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the current designer across all product areas.

Requirements

• Strong UI craft demonstrated through a portfolio of clear, thoughtful interfaces.
• Solid web product experience; web is the primary platform.
• Ability to explain design decisions through user context and respond to evidence.
• Experience owning design from an unclear problem through launch.
• Comfort working autonomously in a small product company.
• English at B1 level and fluent Russian required.

Nice to have

• Startup, founding designer, or in-house product experience.
• Practical experience using AI tools, including Claude for clickable prototypes.
