Salary: $57,012–$81,099 annually in Hamilton and Dallas; $63,731–$90,640 annually in Seattle; $53,664–$76,328 annually in Sandy. Hourly rates vary by location.

What you will do

• Support lawyers with first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Manage document lifecycles, deadlines, counterparty communications, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with lawyers and senior paralegals on high-volume legal matters.
• Contribute to consistent, high-quality client delivery across the North America Contracts team.
• Build commercial and legal expertise and potentially take ownership of client accounts.

Requirements

• 0–1+ years of experience, including internship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organization and efficiency when managing competing deadlines.
• Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, identify issues proactively, and collaborate effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global uses E-Verify for employment authorization.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to NDAs.
• Interest in developing expertise in compliance, contracts, or funds.
