Medical Education French Speaker (HCP)

What you will do

• Develop HCP contracts from system-generated requests using approved templates.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, obtain signatures, and answer contract-related questions.
• Request missing information and documentation, clarify requirements, and provide status updates to management.
• Respond to client requests for customized reports and reformat incoming files using Access and Excel.
• Maintain file integrity and quality while identifying data errors and analyzing recovery methods.
• Review client requirements with Client Service Representatives and advise on customized deliverables.

Requirements

• French speaker with advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Science is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong Excel and Access skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and follow quality standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with pharmaceutical compliance regulations.
• Experience with legal contract concepts, contracts management, or reports analysis.
