Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist (In-Home Services)

What you will do

• Deliver healthcare education and reinforce study protocols for assigned disease areas and clinical programs.
• Identify target customers within a defined geographic territory and maintain customer records.
• Implement program processes at potential sites, including clinical pathways, search criteria, feedback mechanisms, and customer satisfaction reporting.
• Organize group events and communicate program objectives to healthcare-service and local personnel.
• Maintain electronic monitoring and reporting systems, prioritize clinical information in Excel, and meet program timelines.
• Report adverse events and product complaints when applicable, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain company equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field, or a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the local healthcare-service environment.
• Fluency with software operating systems, Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct face-to-face presentations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work requirements, meet deadlines, and build effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
