Location: On-site at the Baltimore Distribution Center in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; overtime may be required.
Salary: $26-$28 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery.
- Create orders, process SAP transactions and manual deliveries, monitor shipments, and reconcile shipment information.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices.
- Partner with customers, planners, order processors, warehouse teams, customer service, production, sales, and site leadership to prioritize operations and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow standard operating procedures, quality and safety requirements, Daily 5S practices, inventory procedures, and Business System KPI processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Five years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations, including shipping, picking, packing/loading, receiving, or stocking; transferable experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of warehouse shipping processes and SAP, including delivery creation, order monitoring, and inventory transactions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and up to 70 pounds periodically with assistance, and to perform extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and related physical activities.
Nice to have
- Forklift certification or previous forklift operation experience in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Daily 5S, continuous improvement, Business System, or similar KPI-driven operating processes.
- Willingness to operate site equipment as required.
