Operations Analyst (Healthcare Software)

What you will do

• Maintain services backlogs, project setup and closure records, status tracking, and data integrity across practices and delivery groups.
• Support project lifecycle activities, including project plans, milestone tracking, budget monitoring, schedule changes, and closeout.
• Analyze project, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Practice Directors, Project Managers, Revenue Managers, Finance, and Sales on project scope, budgets, timelines, and revenue recognition.
• Design and implement workflow improvements, reporting enhancements, system customizations, and operational automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and scheduling abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across varied audiences and cross-functional teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with operational analysis, data collection, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with project budgets, forecasting, or financial reporting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and project management platforms.
• Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or operational initiatives.
