What you will do
- Lead and manage digital and conversational experience strategy across intranets and other digital channels.
- Design and optimize employee experiences using human-centered design, design thinking, and service design.
- Analyze data and employee insights to identify opportunities and define future-state concepts.
- Develop journey maps, experience architectures, prototypes, and innovative experience solutions.
- Manage timelines and deliver hands-on, detail-oriented strategy and writing work.
Requirements
- Experience with digital and conversational experience strategy.
- Knowledge of experience architecture, journey design, human-centered design, and service design.
- Experience developing concepts, rapid prototypes, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and AI-enabled experiences.
- Large agency or large enterprise experience, with strong strategy and writing skills.
- Internal communications experience.
