Location: Genova/Genoa, Italy; hybrid remote/office
Compensation: €58,000–€72,000 gross per year, including fixed and variable components.

What you will do
- Own maintenance contracts and projects from execution through delivery.
- Define project execution strategies, resource plans, and risk-management approaches.
- Manage project performance across schedule, cost, scope, quality, and contractual objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, establish project-control indicators, and provide transparent stakeholder updates.
- Build customer and stakeholder relationships while identifying improvement opportunities and capturing lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including Italian Law 81/08.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful Project Manager experience.
- Experience with automation systems and power plant architectures in the energy sector.
- Ability to analyze technical specifications and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Italian and English required.
- Availability to travel across Italy and internationally as required by projects.
- Customer focus, target orientation, initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Project Management certification.
- International experience in automation or energy.
- Knowledge of Siemens or components and systems.
- Sales techniques and commercial relationship development experience.
