Consultant AML (Winter 2027 Co-Op)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work arrangement. Employees must reside and work within Canada.

What you will do

• Support the identification, management, and mitigation of money laundering, terrorist financing, and economic sanctions evasion risks.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for AML, ATF, and sanctions investigations and business processes.
• Support data governance, records management, information security, and records retention reviews.
• Contribute to process improvements, operational effectiveness, and risk management initiatives.
• Work with business partners on requirements, solution design discussions, and investigative processes.
• Rotate across Enterprise AML teams to support daily operations and gain functional exposure.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related degree, with graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, sound judgment, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to investigate complex problems and communicate data-driven insights clearly.
• Experience with data analysis tools, including intermediate-level Excel.
• Must reside and work within Canada and be legally eligible to work at the specified location.
