Associate Director, Security - DoW Collateral, SAP and SCI Programs

Location: On-site at the Arlington, Virginia HQ office

Salary: $188,000–$226,500 annualized

What you will do

• Integrate INFOSEC and Physical Security activities across DoW Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs.
• Lead daily security workflows, processes, tracking systems, and operational coordination.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Program Management, executives, DCSA, PSRs, PSOs, and government customers.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage a security team of five or more staff members.
• Manage SAPF and SCIF accreditations, Fixed Facility Checklists, secure asset inventories, classified hardware, materials, GSA-approved containers, and combination controls.
• Lead self-inspections, government audits, remediation plans, proposal security volumes, and Arlington DOD SCIF and SAP-F operations, including the cleared guard force.

Requirements

• 10+ years of security experience with DoW or IC community contractors, focused on Collateral, SCI, and SAP programs.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex SAP programs.
• Experience leading PHYSEC and INFOSEC functions and managing a professional security team of five or more.
• Direct experience with DoD-accredited SCIFs and SAPFs, facility accreditation, and secure asset inventory control.
• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, NISP 32 CFR, ICDs, COMSEC, OPSEC, and Insider Threat programs.
• Completion of the DSS FSO Program Management for Possessing Facility Curriculum. Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility and the ability to obtain a CI Poly are required.
