Dayforce Technical & Data Consultant

Location: Port Louis, Mauritius; telecommuting possibilities are available.

What you will do

• Support Dayforce implementation and technical workstreams from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Handle data migration, data mapping, validation, integrations, and reporting.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, client IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support post-go-live improvements and Dayforce optimization for clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce in a technical, data, integration, or reporting capacity.
• Experience with Dayforce implementation or consulting projects.
• Good understanding of HCM data and HR processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and support requirements discussions across technical and functional teams.
• Hands-on and collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with integrations between Dayforce and other systems.
• Dayforce certification.
• Experience with UK/EMEA environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, or similar data and integration technologies.
