Cyber Security Architect (IT/OT)

Location: Albacete, Spain; periodic travel to hirify.global sites is required.

What you will do

• Lead cyber security architecture roadmaps, standards, patterns, and solution proposals for IT and OT environments.
• Act as the design authority for cyber security architecture and assess technology changes with the Technical Design Authority.
• Oversee continuous cyber technology improvements focused on hirify.globalilience, standardization, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Design and implement a cyber security management system supporting global cyber accreditation.
• Support threat intelligence, incident hirify.globalponse, recovery activities, penetration testing, and cyber incident simulations.
• Lead technical design for client-facing cyber health checks and perform cyber due diligence for business proposals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cyber security, cyber architecture, IT and OT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise-level technology design.
• Deep knowledge of cyber security principles, architecture, governance, risk management, and standards including ISO 27001, NERC-CIP, and NIST-CSF.
• Experience architecting and auditing security technologies such as firewalls, vulnerability scanners, and authentication services.
• Experience with architecture modeling tools, technical and infrastructure standards, transformation, and remediation of business risk.
• Native or business-fluent Spanish and fluent English are essential and will be used regularly in a professional environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, business acumen, and experience working with senior managers and third-party cyber security suppliers.

Nice to have

• Certifications related to architecting, deploying, and securing Azure, AWS, or Google cloud platforms.
• ITIL Foundation, COBIT, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in construction, utilities, project-based businesses, or B2B environments.
