Automotive Cybersecurity Architect

What you will do

• Conduct threat analysis and risk assessments, derive cybersecurity requirements, and define mitigation strategies.
• Design cybersecurity features and architectural decisions for automotive middleware, ADAS, and next-generation vehicle communication systems.
• Define cybersecurity goals, claims, specifications, controls, events, and vulnerability analyses.
• Produce ISO 21434 work products and evidence, oversee implementation and verification, and support compliance activities.
• Act as a security assessor, project Security Manager deputy, and technical expert in customer and cross-functional discussions.
• Coach development teams, support cybersecurity process improvement, monitor vulnerabilities, and prepare training programs.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• 10–15 years of software architecture experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with automotive cybersecurity standards, including ISO 21434, ASPICE for Cybersecurity, and UNECE WP.29.
• At least 5 years of system security experience.
• Knowledge of threat modeling, risk management, security controls, cryptography, cybersecurity standards, and automotive industry standards.
• Analytical thinking and a results- and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• CISM, CISSP, or similar certification.
• Embedded security and functional safety experience.
• Software modeling with UML and model development experience.
• AUTOSAR or QNX knowledge.
• Understanding of the distinction between problem space and solution space.
