IM Cybersecurity Evaluator Temporary

What you will do

• Evaluate and process security exceptions, including risk assessments, documentation, and compensating controls.
• Coordinate internal and external penetration tests, including scope definition, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage group-wide vulnerability and compliance responses across hirify.global entities and subsidiary offices.
• Track remediation actions, review non-conformities, and retest implemented solutions.
• Improve security exception and vulnerability remediation processes through optimization and automation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, NIST, ISO 27001, vulnerability assessment methods, and compliance frameworks such as NIS2 and GDPR.
• Experience with GRC platforms, vulnerability management platforms, ticketing or project management systems such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Ability to analyze security risks, recommend mitigations, communicate technical concepts, and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Python or PowerShell for automation and experience deploying AI agents in cybersecurity contexts.
• English is required.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, or an equivalent certification.
