TL;DR

Location: Remote
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do
- Independently execute advanced SEO and GEO work across client websites.
- Lead technical audits, diagnostics, competitive research, keyword research, and AI-answer research.
- Turn analytics and search data into actionable recommendations and client roadmaps.
- Implement and troubleshoot structured data and content optimizations for traditional and AI-generated search.
- Track AI-search visibility, including citations, share of voice, and AI-referral traffic.
- Manage multiple client workstreams, contribute to client-facing deliverables, and mentor Analysts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including meaningful GEO or AI-search work.
- Deep knowledge of on-page and technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, rendering, structured data, site architecture, and internal linking.
- Strong experience with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Peec AI or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, maintain high-quality standards, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
- Comfort using LLMs, HTML, Google Workspace, and implementing structured data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented QA mindset.
Nice to have
- Agency experience or experience with eCommerce, Fintech, or SaaS clients.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing other SEOs and presenting to clients.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Basecamp, or Productive.
- Familiarity with CSS and JavaScript.
