Supervisor, Fund Accounting

What you will do

• Assist with managing a team of accountants responsible for NAV production, financial statements, and client reports.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and ensure service-level deadlines are met.
• Coordinate resources, cross-training, and coverage across the team.
• Support team training, engagement, efficiency, and achievement of organizational targets.
• Manage audit activities, prepare or review financial statements, and ensure compliance with SOC1 controls and checklists.
• Support timely fee billing and collection, system initiatives, and process or technology improvements.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or a university degree in finance or accounting.
• Completed professional accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, CFA, or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience in the fund administration industry.
• Experience managing people, including administrators, investment managers, or fund auditors.
