Portfolio QA Lead

What you will do

• Execute five Enterprise Testing Gates across all projects in the assigned portfolio.
• Provide independent testing governance and prevent self-certification across project teams and vendors.
• Validate requirements, scope, acceptance criteria, solution design, environments, test data, integrations, and test assets.
• Assess automation, regression, performance, security, resiliency, defect status, and deployment readiness.
• Mentor and support Project Testing Leads while driving adoption of ETS dashboards and portfolio-level reporting.
• Escalate cross-project testing risks, issues, and resource needs to ETS leadership.

Requirements

• Experience leading quality assurance and testing governance across multiple digital projects.
• Ability to apply enterprise testing standards consistently across teams and vendors.
• Experience with functional, integration, performance, security, and resiliency testing.
• Knowledge of test automation, regression readiness, environments, test data, integrations, and defect management.
• Must be able to work on a W-2 basis; C2C and 1099 arrangements are not accepted.
