What you will do

• Develop, implement, execute, and continuously improve the project Quality Management function.
• Provide project-wide oversight of quality assurance, quality control, and requirements compliance.
• Coordinate with managers to address non-conformances, define preventive measures, and drive process improvements.
• Develop, implement, control, and analyze work instructions and quality processes.
• Report internal and client quality performance based on QA/QC inspection results.
• Establish inspection, non-conformance, root-cause, and corrective/preventive-action metrics while coordinating with external parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, industrial, electrical, mechanical, or another related engineering or scientific field from a U.S. or U.K. accredited institution or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Quality Manager on FEED or detailed engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Advanced administrative, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001:2008/2015.

Nice to have

• Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification from ASQ.
