Analyst I, Falcon Complete (AI/Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in British Columbia, Canada; candidates must be available in PST or MST time zones and work a 4x10 schedule including one weekend day.

Salary: CAD 90,000–135,000 per year, plus variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and forensic artifacts to determine compromise scope and root cause.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 incidents, including business email compromise and adversary-in-the-middle attacks.
• Perform basic static and dynamic malware analysis and recommend targeted remediation actions.
• Communicate findings and actionable guidance to customers during incident response activities.
• Improve incident detection processes, countermeasures, and AI-supported investigation workflows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in incident response, threat investigation, computer forensics, malware analysis, systems administration, network analysis, identity platforms, email security, or SIEM-based log analysis.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux, including Windows internals, network protocols, and secure network architecture.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience applying threat frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and using AI technologies to improve investigation workflows.
• Must be available for a 4x10 schedule, including one weekend day.
• Applicants must be US citizens or Green Card holders and maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
