Senior/Lead Product Analyst (Antifraud)

Location: Hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico, with relocation support to the Mexico hub.

Dif.tech (Plata) is building financial technology products with an Antifraud & Disputes system.

What you will do

• Own Antifraud & Disputes Analytics, including metrics, dashboards, monitoring, data quality, and analytical support for business decisions.
• Define the analytics roadmap, priorities, and resource allocation for high-impact fraud and dispute problems.
• Build and manage production ML models across feature engineering, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop fraud decision logic, rules, investigations, and impact measurement across losses, approval rates, disputes, costs, and customer friction.
• Optimize fraud operations through data, automation, and process redesign while working with a 150+ person operations team.
• Build self-service analytics and LLM-based tools, partner with Product and Engineering, and evaluate external vendors.

Requirements

• Mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university.
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production ML models, including feature engineering, validation, and monitoring.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, plus experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools.
• Experience translating business objectives into analytical and technical tasks and scaling processes in fast-paced environments.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher is required for collaboration within the international community.
