Int Payroll Support Consultant

Location: Hybrid in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Salary: $61,000–$68,000 per year, plus potential annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide internal and external stakeholders with payroll data requirements and explain their impact on retirement plan administration.
• Guide clients through payroll system integrations and recommend best practices and available system capabilities.
• Maintain client relationships and support ongoing payroll-related needs.
• Participate in projects improving payroll data integration tools and processes.
• Develop educational materials and resources for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in retirement plan administration or financial services.
• Proficiency with payroll software, Microsoft Office, and database systems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
