What you will do

• Analyze delivery processes from collection and in-transit handling through handover and successful delivery.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, optimize routes and resource scheduling, and improve delivery efficiency, on-time performance, and operating costs.
• Coordinate carrier and self-operated capacity, including personnel and vehicle planning, peak-season capacity reserves, and resource utilization.
• Monitor delivery timeliness, on-time rate, cargo damage, and other operational indicators; manage order exceptions, complaints, and emergencies.
• Build carrier assessment and improvement processes and organize training on operating procedures and safety standards.
• Analyze delivery data and coordinate with business, technology, and customer service departments to implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in delivery operations, logistics process management, capacity planning, or resource coordination.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities.
• Ability to manage exceptions, customer complaints, operational risks, and contingency plans.
• Ability to coordinate carriers and collaborate across business, technology, and customer service functions.
• Ability to work in Oberhausen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
