AVP, People Systems & Integrations (Workday)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, support, monitoring, and documentation of Workday integrations and data exchanges.
• Oversee Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, RaaS, and API-based integrations.
• Ensure reliable integrations with payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, recruiting, learning, and third-party systems.
• Act as the technical liaison between HR Systems, Enterprise IT, Security, Infrastructure, Identity Management, and business stakeholders.
• Lead technical projects through requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and Workday release delivery.
• Manage vendors, contingent workers, stakeholder communications, prioritization, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives including mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Workday and HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience scoping and overseeing the quality of work performed by employees or contingent workers.
• Deep knowledge of Workday integrations, Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, Web Services, Core Connectors, PECI, and payroll integrations.
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and data analysis techniques.
• Experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, benefits, identity management, and enterprise applications.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects and stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Workday Integration Certification.
• Experience with global HR operations and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and security frameworks.
• Agile delivery experience and PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification.
