What you will do

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of qualified suppliers.
• Establish supplier evaluation, tiered management, and performance assessment systems.
• Lead procurement execution, including quotation comparison, contract negotiation, order tracking, and after-sales issue resolution.
• Analyze market price trends and implement purchasing strategies to achieve annual cost-saving targets.
• Standardize procurement procedures and support the implementation of an e-procurement system.
• Coordinate with operational departments to provide procurement solutions and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience managing suppliers and procurement processes.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage purchase orders through delivery.
• Knowledge of cost-control methods, centralized purchasing, and framework agreements.
• Ability to optimize processes and improve procurement compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and business-support skills.
