Strategic Buyer, Aerostructure Procurement (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model when possible.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supplier contracts for rear fuselage and empennage work packages.
• Optimize purchasing conditions, cost efficiency, and supply-chain risk mitigation.
• Identify and deliver strategic value-creation projects that improve long-term competitiveness.
• Build executive-level relationships with global suppliers and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Lead cross-functional work package teams and align product strategy with the wider multifunctional team.
• Own the procurement plan and convert strategy into measurable commercial milestones.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, industrial or aeronautical engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic procurement, complex contract negotiations, and international supplier management.
• Leadership experience coordinating technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Advanced negotiation, commercial optimization, and international contract management skills.
• Advanced or fluent English is required.
