Account Supervisor (Influencer Marketing, 3-month Contract)

Compensation: $40–$50 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution across influencer campaigns, from one-off activations to long-term programs.
• Develop creative concepts and coordinate paid amplification, public relations, creative, and social activities.
• Manage influencer relationships and facilitate the creation of engaging, authentic brand content.
• Oversee campaign budgets, tactical timelines, delegation, and day-to-day client communication.
• Build and support client presentations while leading client programs under account director and senior management oversight.
• Support team development and oversee influencer marketing campaigns through the proprietary platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing experience in digital, social, public relations, or influencer marketing.
• Deep experience with paid and earned influencer engagement across different tiers and segments.
• Strong understanding of influencers and the social media landscape, including emerging platforms such as TikTok and Twitch.
• Experience creating social media content and measuring social, digital, or influencer programs through benchmarks, engagement rates, and data synthesis.
• Highly organized, with experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Additional experience in content creation, social strategy, or paid media.
