Lead Architect with German Language (Pre-Sales) (m/f/d)

Location: Remote from Slovakia only; office address in Košice, Slovakia.

Salary: negotiable base salary from €2,500 gross per month, plus variable pay and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for complex customer opportunities and transformation programs.
• Conduct customer workshops, presentations, negotiations, and requirements analysis in German and English.
• Prepare solution concepts, service designs, effort estimates, cost models, risk assessments, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
• Present solution strategies, migration concepts, and transformation roadmaps to customer and technical stakeholders.
• Lead international virtual teams of up to 15 internal resources, suppliers, and vendors.
• Coordinate architecture governance and the transition from solution design through transformation and operational handover.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 6 years of professional IT experience.
• Advanced English at C1 level and advanced German at C1 level are mandatory.
• Expert knowledge of operating systems, networking, domain-specific applications, and ICT environments.
• Advanced knowledge of IT security, programming languages, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, service-oriented architecture, architecture roadmaps, project management, and quality management.
• Relevant professional, process, or methodology certifications; strong leadership, communication, analytical, presentation, negotiation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
