Graphics Artist (Motion Graphics)

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; full-time onsite at an hirify.global-designated worksite

Hourly salary: $17.50–$20.00, with payment for at least 60 hours per week and overtime rates for hours over 40 per week.

What you will do

• Design, create, and edit still and motion graphics for broadcast.
• Deliver graphic elements and motion graphics packages according to broadcast specifications.
• Develop original motion title designs.
• Research and request photography from photo editors.
• Create photorealistic Photoshop composites from stock imagery.
• Perform VFX work, including tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in film, television, advertising, motion graphics, or an adjacent field.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of audio, video, and image file formats, including conversion and compression to required specifications.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and availability for full-time onsite work are required.
• Availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D.
• Ability to work under intense deadlines and make same-day edits for broadcast segments.
• Familiarity with Slack and Dropbox.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and self-direction skills.
