Senior Motion Graphics Artist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; preferred locations include Arlington, Louisville, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York, Tampa, Nashville, Dallas, Seattle, Denver, and Fort Lauderdale. Periodic in-office work and occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Create high-end video content, motion graphics, and visual effects for DRTV, social media, sizzle reels, and other platforms.
• Develop storyboards and transform scripts, raw footage, and complex concepts into clear visual narratives.
• Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D elements, 3D camera techniques, color correction, rotoscoping, masking, and advanced animation.
• Mix and master audio to produce polished soundscapes.
• Apply brand guidelines, messaging, motion principles, and ADA accessibility requirements to digital video deliverables.
• Own projects from concept through final delivery and collaborate with copywriters, creative colleagues, and marketing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience producing, editing, and animating video content.
• Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro, including keyframing, easing, advanced animation, color correction, motion tracking, and rotoscoping.
• Experience integrating Cinema 4D elements and using 3D camera techniques in After Effects.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, brand adherence, audio equalizing, and mastering.
• A strong motion graphics portfolio plus excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and operating models.
• Proficiency with Lucid, Figma, or Adobe Express animation.
