What you will do

• Edit video content for internal communications, executive visibility, digital channels, social media, thought leadership campaigns, and event recaps.
• Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, explainer sequences, infographics, and branded video packages.
• Transform raw footage into polished visual narratives using pacing, sound design, colour correction, and storytelling.
• Build reusable motion graphic templates and scalable content systems for recurring campaigns.
• Collaborate with videographers, photographers, designers, marketers, creative directors, and senior stakeholders.
• Organise media assets, manage version control and archiving, repurpose content, and support production budgets and timelines.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animated explainers, title packages, and branded content systems.
• Understanding of colour grading, audio mixing, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion design across multiple formats and channels.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and the ability to evaluate AI outputs using strong human judgement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, or other 3D animation tools.
• Experience building personal AI workflows to improve delivery speed and creative quality.
