Operations & Compliance Specialist (Russia)

What you will do

• Manage employee onboarding, employment documentation, payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and offboarding.
• Support compliance with Russian labor, payroll, tax, and employment regulations.
• Coordinate with local accountants, legal advisors, banks, and government authorities.
• Review payroll calculations and prepare monthly employee cost and operational reports.
• Support international clients and employees with employment-related matters.
• Develop EOR processes, templates, and compliance controls while identifying operational risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Employment Administration, EOR, PEO, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Russian labor regulations and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, employment documentation, payroll, and offboarding.
• Experience with local employment, payroll, tax, and government systems.
• Fluent Russian required for local documentation, authorities, and operational processes.
• Working proficiency in English or Turkish required for communication with international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in EOR, PEO, staffing, HR outsourcing, or international employment organizations.
• Experience supporting international clients or globally distributed teams.
• Experience establishing or scaling local employment and compliance processes.
