QC Technician (Biotech)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations in quality control laboratories.
• Prepare laboratory reagents according to relevant standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cell lines through revival and passaging at defined intervals.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and complete general laboratory housekeeping.
• Receive, dispose of, and track samples, reagents, and consumables.
• Check and verify documentation and perform simple QC testing after completing training.

Requirements

• GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics, English, and/or a science-based subject.
• Good time-management skills and an organized working approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work on-site in Milton Park.
