Junior Integration Consultant

Location: Spain

Salary: €28,000–€37,800 per year, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Support technical design activities for enterprise client systems and business processes.
• Model and design enterprise-grade integrations with client HCM and payroll systems.
• Present hirify.global product solutions to clients and provide proof of fit against customer requirements.
• Support solution architecture, product roadmap development, and architecture documentation.
• Help business analysts shape requirements and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with senior integration consultants, project managers, testers, business analysts, customers, and end users throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Junior-level experience contributing to solution design within a team.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical challenges and think innovatively.
• Experience supporting technical project delivery and managing stakeholders.
• System integration, architecture development tools, and techniques are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in system integration.
• Previous experience supporting sales activities.
