Senior Interoperability & Integration Analyst (Healthcare Data Architecture)

What you will do

• Define and govern HL7 FHIR profiles, extensions, ValueSets, ConceptMaps, and Implementation Guides for the Patient Data Service.
• Model clinical data and map patient demographics, encounters, observations, conditions, procedures, allergies, and care plans from HIS/EMR systems.
• Define metadata schemas and integration strategies for DICOM and non-DICOM medical media, including imaging, surgical videos, clinical photos, and documents.
• Align PACS, VNA, RIS, and EMR workflows using DICOMweb, FHIR resources, and IHE integration profiles.
• Translate hospital workflows and legacy HL7 v2/CDA formats into formal interoperability specifications and standardized data models.
• Establish data quality, MPI/EMPI, deduplication, semantic governance, and implementation validation practices while collaborating with clinical IT, Product Owners, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare data architecture, clinical informatics, or healthcare IT interoperability.
• Expert knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4/R5 and advanced knowledge of HL7 v2.x, DICOM/DICOMweb, and IHE profiles.
• Functional experience with HIS, EMR/EHR, RIS, PACS, VNA, and LIS systems and hospital clinical workflows.
• Experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10/11, RxNorm, UCUM, semantic mapping, data modeling, JSON/XML schemas, and OpenAPI.
• Knowledge of MPI/EMPI strategies, data quality, and HIPAA/GDPR healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Fluent English at approximately C1/B2+ level is required for international standards committees and global platform collaboration.
