Chef De Partie (Airline Catering)

Location: On-site in Hounslow, United Kingdom, near Heathrow Airport

Salary: £34,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and client specifications.
• Manage a designated kitchen section and delegate responsibilities to assistants.
• Support and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
• Monitor inventory, assist with stock control, and help reduce food waste.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, health and safety, and an organized workspace.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in airline catering or large-scale food production.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar high-volume kitchen role.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Good organizational, time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
