What you will do

• Build and operate a network of niche, persona, gameplay, language-specific, and AI-produced social accounts for Paper.io 2.
• Create, remix, edit, and automate short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram.
• Identify emerging Gen Alpha trends, sounds, formats, and real-world moments and adapt them quickly to the game.
• Drive distribution through seeding, comments, stitches, duets, fan accounts, cross-posting, and boosts.
• Activate creators and players through collaborations, challenges, user-generated content, and in-game hooks.
• Run continuous experiments and report weekly on performance, learnings, and scaling priorities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience growing TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or other social accounts or brands with measurable results.
• Strong focus on volume, speed, iteration, growth loops, automation, and unconventional distribution tactics.
• Fluency with AI tools for content production and scaling.
• Understanding of Gen Alpha culture and the ability to edit short-form videos quickly.
• Data-driven approach with knowledge of hold rate, shares per view, completion rate, and other engagement metrics.
• Comfort appearing on camera is advantageous.
