Junior User Acquisition Manager (AI & Automation)

What you will do

• Learn to launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile games across advertising networks.
• Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks in user acquisition workflows.
• Test AI tools and build simple automations for practical business problems.
• Help adapt workflows and data infrastructure for AI use cases with analytics and technical teams.
• Translate user acquisition needs into clear requirements, validate solutions, document their use, and measure impact.

Requirements

• Ownership, structured problem-solving, and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Analytical thinking and confidence working with spreadsheets, metrics, and data validation.
• Hands-on interest in AI and automation, demonstrated through work, studies, or personal projects.
• Clear written and spoken communication with people from different backgrounds.
• English: comfortable written and spoken communication is required for advertising partners and technical documentation.
• Motivation to learn user acquisition, advertising platforms, marketing analytics, and mobile game economics.

Nice to have

• Experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or analytics.
• Interest in mobile games and knowledge of the market.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, n8n, Make, or other data and automation tools.
• Personal projects that reduced manual work or improved a process.
