Senior Software Engineer (React)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with attendance at the local office two times a week

Salary: PLN 257,000–385,000 annualized base salary, with potential bonus, benefits, or related incentives.

What you will do

• Build and maintain core frontend functionality for Employee Service products using JavaScript and React.
• Contribute across the software lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Own features and bug fixes, work independently on defined tasks, and collaborate on complex technical challenges.
• Participate in prototyping, code reviews, rapid deployment cycles, and root-cause investigations.
• Develop automated tests to prevent regressions and contribute to Ruby backend tasks when needed.
• Handle incoming product requests from internal teams while participating in on-call support.

Requirements

• Strong experience building frontend applications with JavaScript and React.
• Ability to work across the stack, learn new technologies, and debug production issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including giving and receiving peer feedback.
• Accountability for deliverables and willingness to support team-wide outcomes.
• Fluency in using modern GenAI models and understanding their advantages and limitations across use cases.
• Availability to work from the Krakow office two times per week as part of the hybrid arrangement.
