Embedded Linux Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Wessling, Germany (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Build and maintain Jetson Linux images, system configurations, and driver integrations.
• Develop deployment tooling for development, flight testing, and production environments.
• Manage over-the-air updates, including validation, rollback, and recovery processes.
• Establish secure software delivery through signed releases and hardened configurations.
• Integrate cameras, sensors, and radios while debugging issues across the hardware-software stack.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux or Linux-based robotics, automotive, or aerospace systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or C/C++.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson, device trees, and hardware integration.
• Experience with release automation, CI/CD, or device provisioning.
• Must be able to work on-site in Wessling, Germany.
