What you will do

• Manage customer orders, shipments, invoices, receipts, returns, claims, and accounts receivable in SAP.
• Maintain customer master data, prices, conditions, discounts, price lists, and shipment documentation.
• Prepare warehouse shipment schedules and coordinate daily work with warehouse and transport partners.
• Monitor service levels and delivery times, proposing solutions to improve performance against company targets.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate efficient claim resolution and process closure.
• Support Sales and Marketing activities, including campaign timing, sales-plan monitoring, employee and partner communications, and tracking marketing materials and product samples.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP-based programs.
• Attentiveness, accuracy, customer orientation, good communication skills, stress resistance, and ability to work in a team.
