Middle UX Researchers (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Belarus, Spain, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, Portugal, Montenegro, or Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Analyze user signals with the product team and investigate problems through interviews and usability tests.
• Validate proposed product solutions with customers before development.
• Build and maintain a customer knowledge base.
• Teach product teams to conduct interviews and usability tests independently.
• Participate in product planning and organize design sprints.
• Improve discovery processes through tools such as on-site surveys and satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX research.
• Experience building and developing products through interviews, tests, surveys, and observations.
• Strong qualitative research skills, especially in-depth interviews, plus experience with quantitative methods.
• Full-cycle research experience, including study scoping, outreach, and participant recruitment.
• Experience implementing CustDev practices and adapting research methods to uncertain contexts.
• Fluent English and Russian are required.

Nice to have

• Background in statistics or analytics.
• Experience in trading, regulated industries, or multi-market products.
• Experience at Robinhood or building research operations from scratch.
• Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, or Arabic.
