What you will do

• Design and improve cross-departmental collaboration processes, including requirement alignment, resource allocation, and project advancement.
• Develop SOP documents, contingency plans, monitoring dashboards, and anomaly early-warning mechanisms for business operations.
• Support ad-hoc business needs such as event planning and customer research while coordinating human and technical resources.
• Lead the lifecycle management of key projects, monitor implementation risks, and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive workflow automation and data-interface improvements to reduce manual operating costs.
• Build internal training and knowledge-base capabilities and improve supplier performance and partnership-risk management.

Requirements

• Ability to coordinate cross-departmental business processes and resources.
• Experience or capability in operational data monitoring, anomaly identification, and improvement recommendations.
• Ability to manage projects, optimize resource allocation, and coordinate with finance and supply chain functions.
• Ability to evaluate service providers and support supplier performance management.
