Recall Analyst (Italian Native Speaker, Portugal Homebased)

Location: Remote/Home-based in Portugal; Lisbon, Portugal. Working hours are 11:00–20:00 or 13:00–22:00.

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate product recall projects for manufacturers and their clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for healthcare professionals participating in recall projects.
• Handle inbound and outbound recall-related calls and provide accurate, timely information.
• Complete protocol-specific tasks remotely through telephone, email, fax, and online portals.
• Maintain recall documentation, databases, tracking systems, and project plans.
• Monitor recall progress and support compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• College certificate or equivalent experience, with 12 years of studies.
• Native Italian is mandatory.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Previous BPO experience with technology support or clinical work is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
