Wellness Nurse (LPN) Per Diem

Location: Voorhees Township, New Jersey, USA; onsite role with weekday and alternating weekend scheduling. All shifts available.

Salary: USD 34.00–35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and promote holistic wellness.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance according to federal, state, and local standards.
• Support residents while demonstrating the company’s service mission.

Requirements

• Current LPN license and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, and supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
