Manufacturing – DUV XT Technical Support Engineer

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end resolution of XT system disturbances within the assigned technical scope.
• Perform structured root-cause analysis using system data, logs, and failure mechanisms.
• Develop containment, recovery, and solution approaches to restore system performance while protecting quality and output.
• Analyze mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems and prepare technical recommendations for escalation and decision-making.
• Drive improvements that reduce cycle time, increase stability, and improve reliability.
• Create troubleshooting and system-behavior training materials and support onboarding and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in high-tech production, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex systems or equipment.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, structured problem-solving methods, data analysis, and quality practices.
• Ownership, accountability, logical reasoning, and effective cross-functional communication.
• Basic English proficiency is required for technical communication and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor equipment, precision systems, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with complex multi-subsystem troubleshooting and structured RCA methodologies.
• System-level thinking and cross-functional technical collaboration experience.
• Strong English communication skills for technical discussions and reporting.

• Shift Pattern A rotates across seven days, with day shifts from 08:00–17:00 and night shifts from 16:00–01:00.
• Shift Pattern B follows a four-days-on, three-days-off schedule with day shifts from 06:00–17:00 and night shifts from 16:00–03:00, rotating every three weeks.
